Buy Local First Utah and Renewable Energy - We source as much as we can as locally as possible, Meat from within 500 miles, Ingredients for Sauces, rubs and sides ingredients from within 200 miles, Local fresh seasonal ingredients throughout the summer and fall. We are implementing the use of compostable take-out boxes and plates. And our facility is Solar-Powered to offset our use of burned fuels (renewable, non-fossil fuels of-course!)
