We are hard to find but worth it! (Isn't all BBQ???)
We do Southen Pit BBQ right -
Low and Slow in our 6ft Smoker Trailer.
We also do some Southern/Southwest Fusion Items: like BBQ Chicken Nachos and a Brisket and Blue Salad.
So come on in, and check us out.  You won't be disappointed.
Catering - We also offer full service catering  and specialize in on-site Southern Pit Style BBQ.

We focus on serving smaller more intimate events, and can do parties from 10-400.  We don't charge extra if you have a small party, and our pricing is all up-front.

We do carryout party orders, holiday parties, weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, onsite cooking/presentation and classes.
